COMMISSION TERMS OF SERVICE

For the commission price, you will be receiving a digital file of your artwork, no physical goods are being exchanged.I will always show a sketch to you before moving onto the final processYou will receive the full resolution piece by Discord link or through emailPlease give me at least 1-2 weeks to finish your commission before asking about itIf you wish to withdraw your commission for whatever reason, I will give a refund up to the amount of work I've done.I reserve the right to increase the price if I feel your character request is difficult to intricate.I reserve the right to decline your commission if I feel uncomfortable or cannot produce the art.

CHANGES AND WORK SPEED

Please understand that I am a full time college student, so your commission will most likely take at least two weeks to complete.The most you’ll have to wait for your commission is 1 month.If you need your commission to be made by a certain date (example; a birthday present for someone) you must state it ahead of time. An extra fee may be charged due to giving your commission priority.Once the picture is finished, I can do small changes such as adding tiny details I may have forgotten.Any great changes will come with an extra charge. Such as an outfit change, or anything that makes me have to redraw a large amount of the commission.If your reference was unclear to start with, then you are not allowed to do minor changes without a fee.

Chargeback with Paypal. If you need a refund, I will give it when asked up to the work I've done. (If you file a chargeback, I have every right to revoke your commission and sell the artwork to potential buyers).Involve me in any conflict if my art happens to be in the middle of it, I am just an artist tending my farm, conflict is in your own hands.Ask for payment extensions. No matter the reason, I will not give you a payment extension. You have the ability to pay half up front and a half later, but the other half must be paid before I send you the complete work.FEED my work into AI or NFTS. I do not condone my art being used in that matter and I will file charges for inappropiate use of my work that goes against my Terms of Service.

COPYRIGHT USAGE POLICY

As the artist, I hold every right to the produced artwork, but regardless I will never claim the characters as my own.As a commissioner you may; repost, print, and use the image as you please as long as you make no profit off it.If you wish to use your image for commercial reasons, they must be discussed and the price will rise.You may not modify my work without my permission, or remove my watermarks/signatures if applicable.You may not take credit for my art and if you repost it, please credit me.If you sell a custom character I’ve made you, please notify me to avoid confusion! (You may not sell the character for more than what I’ve charged you).

It all depends on complexity, whether it's a halfbody or fullbody etc etc. Details must be discussed upfront in DMS.
Prices will be lower if your looking for banners / video thumbnail art.

CHARACTER REFERENCE SHEETS

These sheets are a collection of flat drawings of your character. Please provide details about their personality or references, this will help a lot. These will usually have 3 fullbodies, 3 headshots, a color reference and a small description.

COMPLEX REFERENCE SHEET ($150 - 250 USD)

SIMPLE REFERENCE SHEET ($80 - 150 USD)

CHARACTER PAGES

4 - 5 DRAWINGS ($60 - 120 USD)

These pages are a collection of flat or subtle shades drawings of a character of your choosing. Please provide details about their personality or references, this will help a lot. These will usually have about 4-5 drawings.
The more drawings you want, the more the price will rise.
